Introduction
Hello! Assalammualaikum to those everyone who read my portfolio! Salam UiTM Dihatiku. I hope you will enjoy reading it it. My name is Zarif Danish bin Khairil Effendy. I am turning 18 years old this year. I live in Kuala Lumpur. Recently, I am studying in UiTM Jengka, Pahang as an undergraduate in Diploma in Accountancy (AC110).
This purpose I am creating this portfolio is to introduce about UED 102. It is one of our assignment too. What is UED 102? UED 102 is also known as Study Skills subject. This course prepares students with learning skills essential for varsity life. It is also exposes students to basic academic skills such as effective time management, setting goals. learning styles, learning strategies, and processing information from lectures and etc.
Module 1: Getting ready to learn
We as a freshman student in university, we need to realize that life in our high school era was totally different compared to university's life. We also need to be wise in indetermining whether it is good or bad for ourselves. To be frankly honest, school life and university life is very different in terms of learning because there's no more 'spoon feed' thing from our teacher and lecturer. We need to be ready ourselves for the transition when we enter the university life.
Making the transition (from school to university)
Type of Learners
Everyone have their own learning style. It is important for both lecturers and students to know their learning style as this affects their behavior in class and their response to different activities and material during classes. There are 3 most common learning style in all students in this world.
The 3 which is:-
1. Visual learner
Visual learner are prefer seen or observe things around them such as pictures, diagrams, demonstrations, displays, films and etc. They also work well on lists, written directions and instructions.
2. Auditory Learner
Auditory learner are prefer the transfer of information through listening, either to the spoken word or sounds and noises. They are also able to handle spoken instruction and directions over the phone. Reading loud also will be beneficial for them.
3. Tactile Learner
Tactile learner are also known as Kinesthetic learner. They prefer to be physically active and doing things. If you are a kinesthetic learner, you are a hands-on learner. They also have good coordination and learn by doing.

To conclude, this test has revealed that I am a kinesthetic learner, which means that I need to be proactive in class and doing thing so I can get more information from the lectures.

Goal setting is the process for your ideal future and motivates yourself to turn this vision of the future to reality. The goal setting process will help you go through life processes. Proper setting goals can motivate you and compile you as well as get used to achieved and you will feel your self-confidence and self-esteem grower and better.

This Job Task Analysis is very useful for us to create our daily schedule based on our current needs. For each activities, we calculate how much time should we spent within 24 hours so we does not our time with things that will not gain benefits to us.
Prioritized To-Do List
The main purpose of having prioritized to-do list is to make sure everything done on the spot. This lists helps you to set your mind of the priority of each task that you need to complete the due of the deadline. Prioritized To-Do list encourage us to systemize our task management so that, we won't miss any single important assignments. It's not the way we take easy of the less priority task, we just make it easier to refer with the task that we need to be done first.

Getting know the campus is a fun and essential part of feeling at home in a new environment. By exploring and engaging with the campus community, we'll start to feel more comfortable and confident in your new surroundings.
